Soft, delicate and fruity cake. This recipe belongs to my mum and sister (good girls, they prepared this extra soft cake while I was with them, in Italy, on Christmas holidays). Peggy at Cake Crumbs and Beach Sand is having a virtual party to celebrate 1000 lovely friends on Facebook. She asked me to pop over and bring something sweet. I’m so glad to share with her – and all of you – one of my favourite family recipe! Food bloggers community is very lively and welcoming on Facebook. If you enjoy spending a bit of your time on Facebook and you also want to get updates about my recipes why don’t you pop over my page (and like it, maybe :))?
