Berry and Turmeric Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup plain natural yogurt
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 Tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 cup frozen berries

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients in a blender and mix for 10-30 seconds. Add more honey if you like your smoothie sweeter.
