Chestnut & Yogurt Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons chestnut puree
  • 3 tablespoons Greek yogurt
  • 1/3 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup soy milk
  • 1 handful pumpkin seeds

Instructions

  • Mix all the ingredients together except the pumpkin seeds in a blender and blend at high power until smooth (about 30 seconds).
  • Top it off with seeds and enjoy!
