Mashed potatoes are a personal favorite of mine  – well, potatoes in every shape and form actually, but if you want to spice your mashed potatoes a little, bake the dish after it’s done. All you have to do is put your mashed potatoes into the oven after you place thin slices of mozzarella cheese or parmazan on the top and decorate with a few leaves of fresh basil. When it starts to get some color on top, it’s ready to serve and remember – serve while it’s hot! You’ll have a great looking and very tasteful dish on your hands in no time! Serve this on the side with practically any kind of meat or salad of your choice! Enjoy!
